|Purpose||The college offers courses and programs that prepare students to enter careers and transfer to baccalaureate degree-granting institutions. The college awards Associate of Arts, Associate of Arts in Teaching, Associate of Applied Science, Associate of Science, and Associate of Science in Engineering degrees, plus shorter-term certificates and letters of recognition.|

The college's Continuing Education and Training area offers non-credit courses and certificates for professional licensure and certification, workforce development, and continuing professional education. Classes are offered for personal enrichment. Summer!Kids@Carroll/Teen College offers weekly summer enrichment programs. Customized contract training is available to meet the specific needs of individual businesses and organizations. The Adult Education Program offers classes for adults seeking to earn a high school diploma or to learn English.
