| To provide free medical care, free dental care and free prescription medications, via a mobile medical van, to the uninsured and underinsured at 7 clinic sites in Maryland. |
| Carroll County locations include The Church of the Ascension (410-848-3289), 23 N. Court Street, Westminster, and Taneytown Baptist Church (301-631-2670, Ext. 110), 4150 Sells Mill Road, Taneytown. Appointments are available in Westminster two to three Wednesdays per month, and one Wednesday per month in Taneytown from 9-4:30. A schedule of clinic dates is available to be viewed on the Internet site. Individuals must call the main number above and make an appointment to see the doctor. Dental services are available at the Westminster location. Only fillings and extraction services are available through the dental program. |
